Cambridge company to debut cell-phone photo game

A Cambridge start-up is launching a picture-sharing online game for cell- phone shutterbugs, who can snap photos of themselves enjoying favorite brands and “get promoted” for sharing them.

Pongr.com, a mobile marketing company, will debut the game tomorrow at the annual Advertising Week event in New York. The game’s objective is to work your way up the career ladder from company intern to CEO by letting others in on your favorite products and services.
